Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, cannot be returned. Please double-check product details before making your purchase.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at support@benevollence.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
- Pack your items securely and ship them back to us using the provided label. Return shipping costs may apply, depending on the reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
